Beastie Boys - Aglio E Olio (1995?)
I don't know exactly when this came out though I saw 1995 from some websites. I find that kind of weird since by this time Beastie Boys were a hip hop group and not a hardcore band, so who knows. If you have any information on when this came out, feel free to let me know! It's pretty good stuff. Enjoy.

The Beastie Boys started as a hardcore band in the 80's heavily influenced by the Bad Brains... get your shit straight sonnnnn!

It definitely came out in 95. I guess they just felt like putting out a hardcore punk album again. From my understanding, they played a few sets in this style in New York around the time. There are videos on youtube of them playing some of these songs and covering Minor Threat.
yup, came out in the 90's on their own label. It's surprisingly really good.
Thanks for the info. People have been giving me shit like I didn't know they were a hardcore band. I just wanted to know why they'd randomly have a hardcore record again 10+ years after they switched from hardcore to hip hop.
They switch to hip hop but all their albums till 1998 have hip hop, funky and punk hardcore
